1. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog dar. If you the online ordering process by entering the information required there (Step 1: address, 2nd step: shipping, 3rd step : Payment, Step 4: Check & Order) and in the fourth and last step click on the button "Buy", you place a binding order of the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept the offer within five working days by sending an order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods (dispatch confirmation).

All prices are in Euro, include VAT at the current rate of 19% and are plus shipping costs. In each case the price applies at the time of the order.
4. Payment Arrangements
In the order process you can choose between the payment option "PayPal" or "Prepayment":
PayPal is the online payment service that makes it easy, fast and secure to pay on the internet. To use you create a one-time PayPal account, by depositing his bank or credit card details at PayPal. By choosing the payment option "Prepayment", the customer will be notified of our bank details with the order confirmation email, with the request within 7 calendar days to transfer the invoice amount stating the order and customer number. As long as the goods are reserved.
Returns are refunded via the payment option selected in the order process. In the case of bank transfer, we require the bank details, stating the account holder, by written and immediate mailing by the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery Time
In Germany we ship with dpd. The delivery time is about 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping national is calculated flat rate.
We ship worldwide with Deutsche Post AG and dpd. The delivery time is about 7-10 working days after receipt of payment. The costs for international shipping are calculated according to the weight incl. Packaging. The final shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and are visible to the customer before completing his payable order.
In the case of cross-border deliveries to non-EU countries, additional charges (such as import sales tax or duty) may be payable by the customer over which we have no control. Also, it can come here through the customs processing to delays.
Larger order quantities or shipping weights as indicated must be requested directly from us and can not be ordered via the online shop.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that exceed commercial quantities.

6. Liability for Defects
If the purchased item is defective, the provisions of the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
7. Retention of Title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. 8. Consequences of the Cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

10. Data Protection
We store and collect data from the customer within the scope of the contract. Hereby we observe legal regulations.
11. Contract Language / Storage of the Order Text:
The contract is concluded in German or English.
The order text is not stored by us and can not be retrieved after the completion of the order process. However, you can print out your order data immediately after sending the order.
12. Electronic Communication
You agree that the contract-related communication can be done electronically.
These Terms and the mention of legal regulations refer to German law, unless they contradict mandatory protective regulations of the respective consumer country.
